OK2SAY is a program designed to encourage Michigan students to share and respond to anything that threatens their safety or the safety of others. With support from Attorney General Bill Schuette, the Michigan State Police, local law enforcement, schools, the health community, and many others, there are processes in place that help students submit confidential tips regarding criminal activities or harmful behavior.

Following the recent release of data from the Michigan Department of Education (MDE), we are pleased to present you with the Annual Education Report (AER) which provides key information on the 2015-16 educational progress for Amerman Elementary School.
It’s hard to believe that summer vacation is here and another school year has come to an end. From the staff at Amerman, thank you for sharing your child/ren with us. There is no greater joy than watching the students in the Amerman community learn and grow over the course of the year.
I hope you are enjoying your summer and are looking forward to a new school year.
Registration for summer classes for all grade levels will open on May 1st. Find out about our course offerings for this summer.
Celebrate your child’s birthday with a lunch date at school! This program is by reservation only
and is completely voluntary. It serves as an additional way to support the PTA. Parents will be
able to come in and have lunch with their student at the birthday table in the cafeteria on their
reserved day. You may bring in a special lunch and/or treat for your student.
Each year we send a survey to you in order to request your feedback on the IEP process.
The Book Fair needs YOU!! A successful Book Fair can only happen with the help of our fantastic parent volunteers! Lots of slots still need to be filled. Please see the online sign up and choose a date/time that works for you! Thanks you so much!!
