Get ready for an exhilarating summer as the Northville High School Robostangs proudly announce the return of their annual summer robotics camp: Robocamp! Designed for budding engineers and tech enthusiasts, Robocamp offers a hands-on experience in building and programming LEGO EV3 robots to tackle specific challenges.
What to Expect at Robocamp
Robocamp is more than just a camp; it’s an opportunity for students to dive deep into the world of robotics and STEM. Participants will rotate through various stations, including building, programming, and testing their robots. Additionally, they will engage in other creative STEM activities designed to enhance their problem-solving and teamwork skills. The camp culminates in an exciting final competition, where parents are invited to see the results of their children’s hard work and innovation.
Camp Details
- Beginner’s Camp (3rd-5th grade): August 12th - August 13th, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Advanced Camp (6th-8th grade): August 14th - August 16th, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Northville High School, Robostangs Shop
Registration and Payment
The deadline for registration and payment is July 24, 2024. To secure a spot at Robocamp, students must fill out the registration form and complete payment through Revtrak or by submitting a physical check by the deadline. Please note that no exceptions will be made for late registrations.
