Chasing Childhood is a feature length documentary that explores how free play and independence is critical for developing essential life skills: grit, independence, and resourcefulness. This documentary shows how young adults can appear very accomplished on paper, but by the time they get to college they are struggling, and lacking the emotional tools to be more independent. The event is sponsored by Northville CARES for Youth, a collaborative of community organizations that support Northville youth in a variety of ways.
