NPS Movement Challenge: 30 Miles in 30 Days

Anthony Writer

Northville Public Schools is excited to kick off the NPS Movement Challenge! From April 1st to April 30th, we are challenging our entire Northville community to get active, get outside, and build healthy habits together.

The Goal: Walk, Run, or Roll

The challenge is simple: move one mile a day for the month of April. Whether you are walking the dog, running on a treadmill, or rolling through your neighborhood, every mile counts toward our collective goal of 30 miles in 30 days. The heart of this challenge is the push to swap "screen time" for "green time." In an era of constant connectivity, taking a moment to recharge in the fresh air is a powerful way to boost mood, sharpen mental focus, and build physical endurance. By participating, you aren't just hitting a mileage goal; you are joining a collective effort to prioritize wellness and community connection. We encourage you to use these miles as an opportunity to meet up with friends, colleagues, or neighbors for a shared workout, fostering a sense of Northville pride that extends far beyond the walls of our classrooms. Let’s make this April our most active month yet—let’s get moving, Northville!
